Meditate - Change your Energy, Change your Life!

Meditation may be something you believe is not for you, “I don’t have patience for those things”, “I’m too active to enjoy sitting down & do nothing”, “What does it even do for you?” Are things I hear many people say when the subject of meditation comes up, well guess what? You are likely one of the people who would mostly benefit from meditation if any of those words feel relatable to you!



Meditating requires that we be prepared & continue to experience the restlessness and let it unwind. The resistance can also be emotional. All of our busyness keeps us from feeling things we don’t want to feel. ♥️



When you “don’t have patience” or are “too active for it” you need it more than ever! Your body and mind would benefit immensely from those minutes of meditation! It is completely normal for you not to be aware of this and believe it isn’t the case and even have trouble believing meditation helps at all! But believe me, don’t knock it ‘til you try it!



Meditation has proven medical benefits, reduces stress, supports emotional health, controls anxiety, enhances self awareness, increases your attention span, helps control pain, improves sleep & so much more! It helps you become more aware and more purposeful about your actions. It teaches you how to respond rather than how to react, to situations in your life. Meditation obviously can’t change what happens to you in your life but it definitely 100% will change how you react and cope with it all - regardless of what “it” is!



Meditation helps rewire your brain by shifting negative thought patterns to positive ones and you would be surprised how many breakthroughs most people experience during meditation! I have been fortunate enough to experience this and it is a rush like no other!



There are so many Guided Meditations available online for free which you can access at the press of a button & the trick is to start with a few minutes and slowly increase it daily, you will begin to feel the benefits and learn to love the meditation and end up increasing the minutes as you go along!
